Event Details
A fun and engaging introduction to yoga and mindfulness. Attendees will stretch and flow to grow physically, socially, and emotionally. Everyone will practice how to quiet loud emotions and learn to connect within and with others in a positive and lasting way! Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
