Women’s Health Series: Pelvic Health Through the Stages of Life
Join us for a three-part educational series focused on women’s pelvic health—an often overlooked but essential part of overall wellness. Led by women’s health specialist, Rebecca Meehan, these sessions will explore how the pelvic floor and core support the body through different stages of life, offering practical insights, myth-busting information, and strategies you can use every day. Whether you’re planning for the future, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, or experiencing shifts as you mature, this series is designed to meet you where you are.
- Tuesday, March 3 – Pelvic Floor & Core: The Basics
Learn how the pelvic floor, core, and spine work together to support your body in everyday life. This session will address common concerns such as incontinence, leakage, and pain—why they happen, why they’re common (but not something you simply have to accept), and where to turn for reliable answers and support. A strong foundation for understanding pelvic health at any stage. - Tuesday, April 21 – Pregnancy and Postpartum (at Any Stage or Age)
This session focuses on pelvic health during pregnancy and long after delivery—whether your postpartum journey is recent or years in the past. Topics include pelvic floor function, diastasis recti, prolapse, safe lifting and movement, activity considerations, and pain. Learn how your body changes, what’s normal, and when support can make a difference. - Tuesday, May 19 – Changes as We Mature
As we age, our pelvic floor and core continue to change. This session will explore common concerns such as leakage, prolapse, spine alignment, and bone health, along with how these systems are connected. Gain insight into what’s happening in your body and practical ways to support pelvic and core health through the years ahead.
Each session can be attended individually or as part of the full series.
