Have you ever wanted to make your own pasta? Join Yvonne Hennigan from Handmade Pasta by Yvonne as she presents a pasta making demonstration. Learn the history of pasta across different Italian regions. See a handmade pasta making demonstration, including kneading, rolling, and cutting. Attendees will also get a pasta machine demonstration for fettuccini, ravioli, and tortellini.
