Introduction to Journaling: Write your way into a better life
October 19th
In this course, you'll learn principles of journaling that help you focus on what matters and let go of what doesn't.

This class is independent from the course as a whole. It can be taken individually or in conjunction with the classes in the series.

Writing as Meditation
November 2nd
Everyone knows meditation is good for you, but finding time to sit still and take deep breaths can be hard. Writing meditation offers active minds a new way to be centered and present. This class guides you through gentle writing exercises that help you connect with yourself and the world around you.

Writing to Heal
November 16th
Do you ever feel burdened by your past? Do you sometimes struggle to grow beyond painful experiences? Journaling offers a safe way to look into your past and heal old scars. This class will show you different ways to privately reflect on challenging moments in your life. Please note that all writing will be private and no one will be asked to share.

Writing for Growth

We live in a world full of expectation and judgement. It's easy to lose sight of your dreams. This class offers journaling techniques that help you reconnect with your best self. Learn how to outwit your inner critic, trust your instincts, and build a bright future, one journal entry at a time.
